Hi! Today i'd like to share my favorite workout sets to achieve a lean, strong and fit body. I personally think fashion always goes hand in hand with good posture. And i hope these workouts can help you all!

 

P.S These are from my youtube workout videos. They are all NO-EQUIPMENT, EFFECTIVE, QUICK. I guarantee you'll love it !

  1. Upper Body Blast
This video is 15 minutes, trains upper back, lower back, arms and core.

 

 

2. Toned Booty and Legs

This focuses on our booty for 15 minutes, INTENSE and will give you that toned ass
This one trains the entire leg, from booty to thighs and calves. Will NOT give you bulky legs

 

3. Abs, Abs, Abs for that FLAT stomach

10 minutes, INTENSE. Trains the entire abs
